Privacy Policy
What Capafy AI collects, why, who processes it and how long it is kept.

This policy explains how capafyai.net ("Capafy AI", "we") handles personal data. Capafy AI is not capafy.ai; that company has its own privacy policy.
What we collect
- Account data. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture.
- Your inputs. The photos and prompts you add to a request, and the settings you chose (model, ratio, length, resolution, sound). Photos are redrawn in your browser before upload, which also removes embedded location data.
- Your results. The videos and images made for you.
- Consent records. The time you confirmed you have permission for the photos in a request.
- Purchase data. Orders and amounts. Card details go directly to Stripe.
- Support requests. What you write to us and which request or payment it is about.
- Technical data. IP address, browser and request logs, used for security, abuse prevention and debugging.
- Visit data. Pages you open, the site that sent you, your first landing page, your country and device type, tied to a random visitor ID in a cookie.
Why we use it
To make and store your videos and images, run your account and credits, take payments, prevent abuse, answer support requests and keep the service secure. Before a request runs, your photos may be checked automatically for sexual or hateful content.
Who processes it
- An AI model provider receives your photos, prompt and settings and returns the result. It reaches the model you chose (for example Seedance, Kling, Veo, Wan, Runway, MiniMax, GPT Image or Nano Banana) and keeps logs and results under its own terms.
- A content safety service checks your photos.
- Hosting, storage and database providers run the site and store your account, inputs and results.
- Google provides sign-in. Stripe processes payments.
- A privacy-friendly analytics service counts page views and sign-up and purchase steps.
Some providers process data outside your country. We share only what each one needs. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your photos, prompts or results to train AI models.
How long we keep it
- Uploaded photos: deleted 7 days after upload.
- Finished videos and images: kept until you delete them or your account.
- Account data: kept while your account is open.
- Order and payment records: kept as tax and accounting law requires, up to 7 years, also after you delete your account. Stripe keeps its own payment records under its own privacy policy.
- Security logs: kept for a limited period.
Your choices and rights
- Delete any video from My videos.
- Delete your account from Account settings; we then delete your account, inputs and results, except records we must keep by law.
- Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to processing. Email us to use them.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember your language. For our own statistics we set a random visitor ID and remember the site and page you first arrived from. We do not use advertising cookies.
Children
The service is not for children. Do not upload photos of anyone under 18.
