Terms of Service

The rules for using Capafy AI, buying credits and using the AI videos and images you make.

These terms apply to capafyai.net ("Capafy AI", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

Capafy AI is an independent AI video studio. It is not capafy.ai, the Agent Skills marketplace, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by that company or by the makers of the AI models it offers (ByteDance, Kuaishou, Google, Alibaba, Runway, MiniMax). Model names belong to their owners.

What the service does

Capafy AI turns prompts and photos into short videos and images using third-party AI models, reached through an API provider. You choose the model and the settings; the credit cost is shown before you confirm. Results are produced automatically, so faces, hands, text, motion and sound are not guaranteed to be accurate, and two requests with the same input can differ.

Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to use the service and buy credits.

What you may upload and ask for

Upload only photos you have the right to use: of yourself, of adults who agreed to appear in your video, of your own pets, products or places, or of artwork you own or license. Before every request you confirm that you have this permission. You must not upload, prompt or create:

an image or video of a person without their consent, or of anyone under 18;
a public figure, celebrity or politician without their consent;
sexual, nude or sexually suggestive content;
content that harasses, threatens, defames or demeans anyone;
content meant to make a real person appear to say or do something in order to deceive people;
content that infringes someone else's rights or is otherwise illegal.

Photos and prompts may be checked automatically before a request runs, and the model provider may also decline them. A request declined before it runs is not charged; if a render fails or is stopped, the credits it used are returned.

Credits and payments

Videos and images are paid with credits when you create them. The credits a request uses are shown before you confirm.
There is no free trial. New accounts start with no credits.
Credit packs are one-time purchases. Pack credits stay valid for 2 years from purchase.
Capafy AI sells no subscription: nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or resold.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Your inputs and your results

You keep whatever rights you have in your photos and prompts. You give us a limited license to store and process them, and to send them to our model and safety providers, only to make your result and operate the service.

You may download, keep and share the videos and images you make. You are responsible for how you use them: for having the rights to everything in your inputs, for the rules of the platforms you post to, and for labeling AI-made content where a platform or the law requires it. Results may also be subject to the terms of the model's maker.

Third-party examples

Some example videos on this site were made by other creators with the same models. They are credited and link to the original post. They were not made on Capafy AI and do not promise the same result. Rights holders can ask for removal on the Takedown requests page.

Availability

We try to keep the service running but do not promise it will always be available or error free. Rendering depends on third-party providers and may be slow or paused at times. We may add, change or remove models when a provider changes what it serves.
